This is an excellent company; the only reason I said the price was good was b/c it was sort of in the middle-not the lowest and not the highest; I think it was a fair price. We are extremely satisfied with our new roof and gutters. Charles was able to identify the builder of our home and pointed out that the builder had typically installed crown molding instead of facia board. Charles offered suggestions, provided a very detailed estimate, and explained everything that would need to be done. The work began approximately 2 weeks after signing the contract and was completed in one week. Communication was excellent during the job. Jo Anne called me to let me know that several sheets of plywood had some rot and needed to be replaced. Everything was done as promised and when promised.
